Under his leadership, EXIM Minerals became a leading supplier of coal and iron ore in UAE, India, China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. His strategic vision drove the company&rsquo;s growth and expanded its market presence.Mr. Aditya also holds the position of Managing Director at Ignite Resource DMCC, overseeing a diverse product portfolio that includes automotive lubricants, greases, industrial lubricants, insulating oils, brake fluids, and specialty lubricants. His leadership at PT Eclat Minerals Resources in Jakarta, Indonesia, further showcases his ability to expand the company&rsquo;s reach beyond Southeast Asia.Mr. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Amity University, Indore, and his dedication to consistency, reliability, and strategic business operations has made him a respected leader in the resource management and trading industry.

Mr Manu having 33+ years of Professional expertise encompassing diverse domains in construction industry and expertise in Project Management, Construction Management, Project Control, Engineering and having rich experience of construction projects. He is having master’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India and having an hand on experience related to real estate, hospitality, Mixed use developments, Institutional buildings, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas.

As the Head of Projects at Tranquil Infra Developers in Dubai, Mr. Manu manages diverse roles including client representation, project management, Contract management, Tender negotiations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within budget and timeline.

Ms. Varnishiya Zain is a highly accomplished finance and administrative professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in financial and strategic planning, business advisory, and organisational management. Holding pivotal roles in renowned organisations, Ms. Varnishiya has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and acumen that have significantly contributed to the growth and success of the companies she has been associated with.

As the Chief Administrative Officer at Tranquil Infra Developers, Varnishiya manages a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including Finance, HR, Legal and Strategic planning.

Prior to her current role, Varnishiya honed her expertise at Mubarak & Brothers Property Investment LLC (MBI), Abu Dhabi, as the Group Financial Controller, playing a key role in managing some of MBI’s biggest subsidiary companies including a new shopping centre development in Abu Dhabi-Deerfields (housing 250 outlets, including a major cinema and hypermarket), where she contributed her insights in implementing improvements to key operational and system controls and steered efforts from the complex IFRS application to the financial reports.

During her tenure at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, one of the &quot;Big 4&quot; audit firms, where she served as a Senior Associate, she contributed to audit, advisory, and consulting projects across various locations, including the USA, South Africa, Botswana, and the UAE. Her exceptional ability to develop audited financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local standards has been a testament to her proficiency and dedication.

At PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Varnishiya also gained experience working with real estate clients in Abu Dhabi, contributing to her extensive expertise in the real estate sector.
